When I was two years old, I took apart the family vacuum cleaner to see how it worked. My mom made me to put it back together, because she couldn’t figure out how. Naturally, I did. My curiosity and obsession with figuring out how things work (and improving on it) hasn't stopped since.
My design philosophy is that life should be simplified, and people should truly love every item allowed into their lives. My goal is to design meaningful products that improve lives by intentionally solving (often unstated) problems.
My background in both design and construction gives me a unique ability to research, understand and empathize with the target audience to create the best design solution - one that users form an emotional bond with.
I'm a detail-oriented, creative product designer with experience in the full design process: research, problem solving, visualizing concepts and ideas, sketching, form development, and modeling.
I have a solid understanding of consumer trends, design and manufacturing processes, which ensures that designs are practical and feasible to fabricate.
